1000bar High Pressure in a Van

1000bar (14,500psi) Ultra High Pressure in a Van for Calcium removal from sewer pipelines in the Swiss Alps with Water Jet Cutting.

This MAN TGE Van has a 1000bar pump installed underneath. The pump is driven by the Van’s engine through a split gearbox and continuously adjustable in pressure from the control unit.

The 1000L (264Gal) vertical water tank separates the control room from the rear of the vehicle, where the storage drawers, robot cable- and hose reels are installed.
